Pai Thai gave us postcard optics and mixed hospitality execution. Pictures with the burj behind us, genuinely lovely, very Dubai-coded. The arrival, less charming, table not ready despite a two-minute delay, followed by a noticeable wait just to see a menu, which is never a strong opening move. Credit where it’s due though, the waiting staff were warm, drinks were well made, portions generous, and the curry actually delivered on flavour rather than theatrics. The small gesture was thoughtful and landed well. Net assessment, beautiful setting, competent food, uneven pacing… a solid 3.5.... memorable for the view ... and where atmosphere consistently outperforms service efficiency.

Went here with a friend & we were very amazed. It was fun to be taken here by a boat from the hotel with a beautiful scenery along the way. Staff were very accommodating even if we arrived too early. The food was great, delicious & tastes really authentic. I would highly recommend this Thai restaurant to my circle & I will definitely come back!!!

Seated outside in this lovely location in the Al Qasr hotel. Oasis of rest and calm. Go there with the boat transfer and you will be relaxed by the time you arrive. We took the 5 course set menu which let's you enjoy the best of what the chef offers. Impeccable service. Strongly recommended!

My girlfriend and I decided to spend our 4th anniversary in this lovely restaurant, and it was great. The location is especially beautiful. I really suggest reserving a table around 4-6 PM to see the sunset and have a walk around.

It began with a wonderful, absolutely free trip on a small boat, whete they simply asked if we had a reservation. There are also options to go back or even further on the boat in this canal, surrounded by beautiful buildings, bridges, and trees.

The service is good. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts at first, but sometimes it was hard to find a waiter to ask for something. When we asked for a third drink, the waiter eventually forgot and disappeared until we asked again, but this isn't a big deal.

The food is very delicious, with a wide range of different options that have all allergens and other important information clearly written. At the end, they gave us a free cake piece for our anniversary, it was very delicious and sweet 🙂

The total was 551 AED for 3 drinks, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts plus different taxes and fees.

Also, please note that if you want a table outside, there are a lot of flies.

Pai Thai is one of the restaurants in Jumeirah Al Qasr hotel. We took the boat (Abra) to the restaurant and it was really nice experience. The floating market was going on during this time and it felt as if we are really in Thailand. Two girls performed a Thai dance during the lunch which was truly amazing.
Shiela was looking after our table and was very kind and helpful in selecting the menu and assisting us in every way during our meal.
Good food good vibe and friendly staff.
