we did the cooking experience with a masterclass from Chef Amara, it was such an amazing day. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, especially Joy. Chef Amara is fantastic and a great teacher! The food was delicious and they brought out so many extra dishes for us to try. It’s actually very good value for money for a 5 star experience. We would love to do it again!

Had such a lovely experience. The food was full of flavor perfectly balanced between spicy, sweet and savory.
The staff from the hostess desk to the manger who assisted us when we sat Mrs. Joy and our server Dav were warm, attentive and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal.

Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Thai cuisine.

Pai Thai gave us postcard optics and mixed hospitality execution. Pictures with the burj behind us, genuinely lovely, very Dubai-coded. The arrival, less charming, table not ready despite a two-minute delay, followed by a noticeable wait just to see a menu, which is never a strong opening move. Credit where it’s due though, the waiting staff were warm, drinks were well made, portions generous, and the curry actually delivered on flavour rather than theatrics. The small gesture was thoughtful and landed well. Net assessment, beautiful setting, competent food, uneven pacing… a solid 3.5.... memorable for the view ... and where atmosphere consistently outperforms service efficiency.

It was a very wonderful brunch and my wife loves it. I wanted to surprise her with a good brunch and Pai Thai delivers the need 🥰. The food is really fresh and nice. The ambience is soo refreshing and the servers are very hospitable. It cost a bit more for a brunch but it’s worth it.

We recently celebrated a birthday at Pai Thai and had an amazing experience. The journey to the restaurant by Abra was unique and really set the tone for a special evening.
The ambiance is calm and beautiful, perfect for celebrations. The food was excellent, with plenty of vegetarian-friendly options available. Service was super fast, attentive, and perfectly on time. They also have a great selection of cocktails to choose from.
A lovely highlight of the evening was the complimentary birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch by the team.
Highly recommend this place for special occasions!
