Had such a lovely experience. The food was full of flavor perfectly balanced between spicy, sweet and savory.
The staff from the hostess desk to the manger who assisted us when we sat Mrs. Joy and our server Dav were warm, attentive and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal.

Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Thai cuisine.

The atmosphere and decor transports you back to Thailand. Great date place. You get there by buggy.
The food and service were pretty good too. The soup and dessert didn't disappoint. The prawn satay was slightly on the salty side and the lobster was slightly over cooked.
I'd come back though and hope my comments given to the staff about the above would be accommodated for the next visit. I'll be taking the boat!

The Thai food at Pai Thai was absolutely amazing—authentic flavors, well-prepared dishes, and a great overall dining experience. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy; however, the indoor lighting felt a bit too warm, which caused slight dizziness after some time. Aside from that, it’s a wonderful place for enjoying great Thai cuisine.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Pai Thai! The restaurant has an amazing interior with a cozy, warm ambiance, complemented by stunning views at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The food was exceptional from start to finish.

We tried the Tom Yum Soup, Dim Sum, Pad Thai, Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice, Australian Beef Steak, and Ice Creams for dessert—every single dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

Pai Thai at the Jumeirah Al Qasr was, without question, the best Thai meal we've ever had.

From the moment the food arrived it was clear why this restaurant has such a reputation. We started with the dumplings and spring rolls. The dumplings were stunning — colourful, beautifully presented and packed with flavour.

For mains, I had the Beef Massaman Curry while Michelle chose the Chicken Penang Curry. We shared sticky coconut rice and vegetable Pad Thai noodles. Every dish was exceptional. Rich, authentic flavours, perfectly cooked and incredibly generous portions. In fact, there was so much food we couldn't finish it all and happily took the leftovers home.

Dessert was a refreshing mango sorbet, followed by a complimentary chocolate cake presented to celebrate our birthday, anniversary and honeymoon. A lovely touch that made an already special evening even more memorable.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, tucked away beside the winding waterways of Al Qasr and creating a truly unique dining atmosphere.

My only criticism concerns the canal boat experience. Having travelled from Northern Ireland, and after seeing the restaurant featured extensively on social media, we had planned this meal long before arriving in Dubai. One of the main attractions for us was arriving by boat through the canals.

Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the boats were unavailable. Throughout the evening, however, we watched them operating regularly. We were later informed that the service is only available to certain guests during the week. Had this been made clearer online, we would have scheduled our visit differently.

That minor disappointment aside, the food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. An unforgettable dining experience and one we'd recommend without hesitation.
